First we make a vanilla cookie batter; then we make a chocolate cookie batter. The two batters are then hand-rolled in toasted cake crumbs to form this incredible almond flavored cookie. A light crunchiness on the edges gives way to a chewy inside, as you work your way towards the coveted fudge dollop.
Instructions: When you receive Chinese Almond Cookies, they will be packaged to maintain freshness. They are ready for immediate consumption. The cookies should last five to six days if stored in a sealed bag or container. Cookies can also be placed in refrigerator which will extend the shelf life by a couple days.
Freezer: Chinese Almond Cookies can be kept frozen in a sealed container; it will last up to several weeks in your freezer. Thaw about one hour before serving.
