Wrong or Defective Product
We strive for perfection but occasionally we may make an error with your order or a product may be defective. Defective food merchandise is described with such characteristics as uncooked or mislabeled ingredients at the time of purchase. Defective products are not described by damaged or tampered products. We unfortunately cannot control for shipping conditions.
Our Policy on Returns
As mentioned above, we do not accept returned goods for refund. Additionally, we cannot refund shipping charges unless we shipped the wrong product or the item is defective. Though, give as call (216-464-5599), we would love to discuss the issue and come up with a resolution. We would not be in business for over 75 years with unsatisfied customers.
