Coconut Bars

You will not find these anywhere outside of the Cleveland area, folks. Well, Heinen’s Fine Foods (a regional food chain) in Chicago has them now but they buy them from us! Choose either a scratch made white or chocolate cake, hand-dipped in a scrumptious, homemade chocolate syrup and then enrobed in coconut. Don’t be skeptical of the coconut….EVERYONE loves our Coconut Bars.

Instructions: When you receive your Coconut Bars, they will be wrapped to maintain freshness. They can (and should) be enjoyed immediately. To maximize freshness, store the Coconut bars in a sealed bag or container. They should last three to four days. Coconut Bars can also be refrigerated which will extend the shelf life a couple days.

Freezer: Coconut bars can be frozen. Simply place in a sealed container or bag and the Coconut Bars will last up to several weeks in your freezer. Thaw about one hour before serving.
