5 handcrafted raspberry Russian Tea Biscuits

A one pound loaf of our Jewish rye bread, made from a 80 plus year old sourdough starter.

Instructions: To maximize freshness, store the Coconut bars in a sealed bag or container. They should last three to four days. Coconut Bars can also be refrigerated which will extend the shelf life a couple days.

For optimal freshness of your Russian Tea Biscuits, store the tea biscuits in a sealed bag or container. They should last three to four days if stored properly. Best served warm, by reheating in a 350° oven for 5-7 minutes.

The sliced rye bread will be packaged in a bread bag in order to maintain freshness. Since we do not add any preservatives, the rye bread will last three to four days at room temperature.

Freezer:   Russian Tea Biscuits can be frozen. Simply cover in plastic wrap or put in a sealed container and they will last up to several weeks in your freezer. Thaw about one hour before serving. To reheat, place a thawed Russian Tea Biscuits on a baking sheet and place in a 350° oven for 5-7 minutes

Coconut bars can be frozen. Simply place in a sealed container or bag and the Coconut Bars will last up to several weeks in your freezer. Thaw about one hour before serving.

Rye bread can be frozen in the bread bag it comes in. It can last up to several weeks in your freezer. Thaw out about one hour before serving.
